What you will do:
- Coordinate and schedule large meetings between the internal recruitment team and external clients
- Create, maintain and optimize libraries with search-related documents
- Attend and summarize internal and external meetings, organizing AI notes, creating and following up on action points
- Create visually appealing documentation for clients, candidates and internal staff alike
- Manage the applicant tracking system (ATS) to ensure its accuracy and completeness
- Create and post job openings
- Organize and maintain all vacation, sick and OOO requests to maintain even coverage
- Collaborate with Director to generate recruitment reports and analyze data to track key performance metrics and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the Director of Tech Engineering and Consultants to develop and implement best practices for talent acquisition

You...
- have worked in a similar position in an executive search or a high-quality recruitment setup
- are a tech-savvy person (proficiency in presentation software such as Pitch.com, Notion, managing ATS etc)
- ability to prioritize and work independently
- are very analytical and detail-orientated
- you are a clear communicator with fluent English skills
