What you will do:
- actively source from a variety of channels (e.g. Linkedin, Github,..)
- engage with talent by building talent pools, outreach strategies, interviewing and keeping in touch
- lead the full life cycle of technical recruitment for our and your clients
- make sure that both candidate and client experience is top-notch
- build strong relationships with new clients
- manage relationships with key clients and identify new business opportunities
- acquire new clients by growing your own network

- ideally, come from a high-volume agency environment
- get things done and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- have strong prioritization skills
- are exceptional at building relationships
- have experience and proven success in complex technical searches related to Rust, Protocol Engineering with good understanding of Systems Architecture and Design
- ideally, have a good understanding or a strong interest in Web3
- are very analytical and detail-orientated
- are a clear communicator with fluent English skills
- have already worked in a similar position for several years
