What you will do:

• actively source from a variety of channels (e.g. Linkedin, Crunchbase, Github, etc) - we prefer an authentic, creative approach to outreach!
• do extensive market and industry mapping to identify potential target companies and candidates
• work closely with the Lead Sourcer and Account Manager to define the sourcing strategy
• work with the Coordinator to create reusable company and candidate target lists and data
• exhibit strong research skills and strong market mapping capabilities
• build reusable and extensive sourcing pools
• review and process inbound candidates
• continue innovating research functions through tools, methods and industry best practices

• have worked in a similar position in an executive search or a high-quality recruitment setup
• are a tech-savvy person and ideally have a background in technical recruitment
• are very analytical and detail-orientated
• demonstrate a basic conceptual understanding of systems architecture, software engineering and its terminology
• ideally, have a solid understanding of the tech industry, with a willingness to learn emerging technologies
• you are a clear communicator with fluent English skills
• have a candidate-first mindset
